Pakistan wastes an estimated 36% of its food, roughly 19.6 million tonnes a year, while ranking among the most food-insecure countries in the region. Restaurants bin trays of biryani at close; bakeries discard the morning's croissants; hotel buffets scrape untouched dishes into the trash.
SaveBite turns that daily loss into a marketplace. Kitchens list tonight's surplus at a deep discount, people nearby grab great food for less, and what can't be sold flows to our NGO and mosque partners as donations.
